As part of the staff of Immanuel United Methodist Church I welcome you to our web site. When you
call or visit our church during the week I would be happy to assist you. My position in the parish
office enables our church be efficient and organized. I feel it is very important that our members be
well informed of the ever-changing church schedule and all the exciting events! One of the ways we
try to communicate all this information to our members is through our newsletter "the Messenger",
which is published each month.
I bring to Immanuel 30 years of business and computer experience and a desire to have the time I
spend at work make a difference in Immanuel's ministry. An amateur musician, I have played the
viola for 40 years and have 15 years experience as a church choir director. My current music
energies are aimed at participation in the Buffalo Community Orchestra (Buffalo, MN).

Leanne LaFave, Accompanist
Leanne LaFave has attended Immanuel all her life. She took the role of church organist and piano
accompanist for the choir when she was a teenager. Leanne has continued through the years filling
the needs of Immanuel musically through regular church services, weddings, funerals, accompanist
for Sunday School and choir, as well as playing for soloists, small groups and musical productions
both within the church and outside in the community.
